This version of the MP260 "Eurotrakker" is mounted with a HMF 3620 K3 36 ton-meter capacity crane. Typical use is, coupled to a semi--trailer, to transport a bridgesystem called "DIP". One bridge-section has a span of 12 meters and is designed for vehicles up to 55 ton total weight. The bridge can be extended to 25 meters, but the weight of the vehicles is then limited to 28 ton total.
The type was originally obtained to carry spare-bridges for the Leopard 1 AVLB, which is also the case in this picture.
